Abstract

|
This article critically reviewed the essential intent implicit in the logic of equity between generations in terms of the concept of right the logic of equity emphasizes. The core of critical review by this article is as follows. The concept of right abstracted by autonomous action and free selection is hardly applied to the elderly without considering their capabilities or abilities to meet their basic needs. Also, the logic of privatization supported by advocates of equity has problem of lacking in awareness of reality which the distributive problem is not solved by the privatization.
